Kim Sun Eung holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has been working at Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) for the past 20 years. He has been actively involved in the planning, construction, and operation management of dams. With two decades of experience, he has contributed to various national water resources development projects and continues to focus on sustainable dam operation and infrastructure improvement.
