Dr Nicolas Avisse is a water resources and climate change expert with over 10 years of experience in hydrological modeling, climate vulnerability assessment and integrated water resources management. He holds a Ph.D. in IWRM from Laval University (Canada) and currently works at Tractebel on projects linking hydrology, climate issues, human activities and water infrastructures.

His recent work include detailed climate vulnerability studies for large dam systems in Ivory Coast and Cameroon, as well as research & development projects for developing new tools to better assess the impact of climate change on water resources in the future.
