Professor of Hydroinformatics at Polytech Nice Sophia, Université Côte d’Azur (France) since 1997, Philippe served as director of the school for ten years. He graduated from Strasbour University (France) and started his career as hydraulic engineer. After joining academiasi, he managed a wide range of projects on hydro-environmental modelling under different frameworks including EC. He initiated and coordinated over 20 years EuroAquae joint M.Sc. on Hydroinformatics under Erasmus Mundus . Philippe is currently collaborating with China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR) and serving as president of International Association for Hydro Environment Engineering and Research.
