Jing Laihong, a native of Weihui, Henan Province, was born in November 1965. He is honored as the National Engineering Survey and Design Master and the National Outstanding Engineer. He is an expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council, and the Vice Chairman of the Chinese National Committee on Large Dams. He is currently the Deputy General Manager and the Chief Engineer of the Yellow River Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.
