Anna Engström Meyer is a civil engineer with a M.Sc. degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. She has more than 30 years of experience in dam engineering and is currently a senior advisor on dam safety at Swedenergy, a non-profit industry organization for companies that supply, distribute, sell, and store energy. Mrs. Engström Meyer is the Swedish representative and one of the vice chairs of the ICOLD technical committee I on Public Safety and Emergency Management.
