Liu Xuan is an engineer at the National Engineering Research Center of Eco-Environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, China Three Gorges Corporation. She was a visiting researcher at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. Her research primarily focuses on hydrological modeling in eco-hydrology and water cycle under climate change. She has published over ten papers in prestigious academic journals, authored one monograph, and holds four authorized national invention patents.
