Joël GAILHARD joined EDF in 1992 after graduating from the École Centrale de Paris. He has worked for many years on hydrological and environmental modeling, operational forecasting, extreme flood studies. He is now one of the group's experts on these topics, with a particularly focus on climate change.

Gaëtan DAUTOIS obtained a MSc in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering in 2007 and joined ARTELIA in 2019. He is project manager in the monitoring and refurbishment of existing dams, mainly in France. Over the past fifteen years, he performed Dam Safety assessment for numerous large French dams.
