Daniel PUIATTI is a French civil engineer

During his professional life, he could get a strong expertise in soil treatment with lime and/or hydraulic binders in the field of roads and railways construction. Noting the low development of the technique in hydraulic works, he is at the beginning of the first important French research program, the results of which have inspired many other European research programs and applications. Member of the Icold Technical Committee P on Cemented Material Dams since 2013, he largely contributed to the drafting of the Bulletin 195 on Cemented Soils Dams approved in 2022.
