Yoshiki Matsuoka has joined the Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc. since 2013 after graduating from National Institute of Technology, Kagawa College.

He has extensive experience in the company in the seismic evaluation and reinforcement design for civil engineering structures related to hydropower generation.

In particular, he specializes in seismic evaluation and reinforcement design for dam gated pier.

Currently, while working for the Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., he has been enrolled in the doctoral course of Nagoya University Graduate School and has studied his research in his specialized field further.
