He Xin, majoring in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, was graduated from Tianjin University, China. The main research directions are on floating structure, hydrodynamics, structural mechanics and mooring system design. Now is working in Power China Huadong Engineering Co. Ltd, for Floating Photovoltaics project, especially for the floating array and anchoring system design. Has the experience of Cirata 192 MWp project in Indonesia, as the chief designer of the mooring systems. Main business directions are in Southeast Asia market developing and FPV mooring system design. Has participated in FPV project bidding as design manager in many different countries.
