He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of A Coruña and an Executive Master's in Innovation from the School of Industrial Organization (Madrid). He has spent 14 years working in dam safety at Naturgy, where he currently holds the position of Head of the Permitting, Dams, and Civil Works Department of the Hydroelectric Unit.
