Pierre Agresti began his career in 1994 in Sogreah (Now ARTELIA) developing structural calculation programs for dams. He has been involved in numerous dam and hydropower development schemes as a Design Engineer, Resident Engineer and Project Director. From 2015 to 2025, he led the civil engineering competence center for dam, hydropower, and maritime projects. Since 2025, he is Technical & Innovation Director of ARTELIA's Water, Energy & Environment Business Unit.
