Julian is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom, with over 40 years’ experience on dams, water resources and water supply projects in UK and internationally. He has been a Supervising Engineer under UK dam safety legislation for 20 years. For the past 5 years he has operated as programme director and advisor for new strategic water resource projects in England.
